The sustainable allocation of resource issue along with concerns in regards to rehabilitation and generalization of human rights play an increasingly important role in the context of global actor behavior. In this sense, the attempt of EU’s being of an organization responsible to environment and respectful to human rights is justified by favorable international contracts, laws, and strategies. On the other side, EU tries to position these concepts to the dialogue ground they created with the businesses. In this study, considering the corporate social responsibility concept, EU’s relationship with the businesses that’s being established especially after over advances since 2011 is researched. In this globe, in the first section, in general, studies in regards to international society’s sustainable development concept is being revealed. Afterwards, corporate social responsibility concept is studied and EU’s attempts in this manner are researched in terms of legal context and strategies.
